FIZZICAL disco terms and conditions
Venue
During a Fizzical Disco Action Party the instructors use a vast amount of equipment and require space in which to conduct the party, please bear this in mind when booking a venue. Most village / school halls are suitable.
We will require access to the venue at least 45 minutes prior to the agreed starting time and at least 30 minutes to pack up and vacate the venue.
When choosing the venue please bear in mind that we require at least two 13 amp / 240 volt sockets.
Guests
Children may become dehydrated, please ensure a drinks table is available throughout the party.
Fizzical Disco will take complete control and run the party but the client needs to provide sufficient adult supervision for things like toilet, food and drink breaks.
If booking an Action Party, please try to ensure that your guests wear appropriate footwear suitable for Action games (tip: write on invitation?).
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the good conduct of their guests. If, at any time, before, during or after an event, we deem that our equipment is to be under any risk, we reserve the right to terminate our services. In these circumstances, no refund will be given.
